RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE
Due to increasing Covid-19 cases, after February 1, 2021, all purchases made in store will be FINAL SALES. (This includes pick ups that have been tried on and taken home). If you are not fully satisfied with your online order, you have 3 days after purchase or 3 days after shipping delivery, to return your item with original tags and packaging for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.
In the event items are returned outside of the policy period, we reserve the right to return the item to you. A return authorization is required prior to returning items for exchange/store credit.
PLEASE NOTE that although there is no enforced pick up date for buyers, orders not picked up within the proper time are not eligible for exchange. We will NOT sell your items and they will remain stored until they are picked up.
Merchandise must meet the conditions below to be eligible for the exchange or store credit:
- Free from signs of wear, wash and odors
- Original tags must be attached
- Not Discounted/Sale/Clearance
- Does not fall under items that are a Final Sale

- Sale & Clearance Items
- Outside Designer Items (Weathered Not Worn)
- Consignment Items
- Soiled | Worn | Laundered | Damaged items
- Items listed under 'Accessories'
IAmDaniJay is not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect address or items stolen with delivered tracking. Any undelivered shipment returned to IAmDaniJay will result in a refund (excluding shipping).
Undeliverable items are not available to be re-shipped, a new order is necessary. Please note, items are subjected to availability.
